Correction

In the January 2004 Ob-Gyn Coding Alert article "Reduce Denials for Modifier -25 Claims With These 3 Steps," the example on page 5 details a patient one year post-hysterectomy with a submucous myoma. Because the patient has no uterus she cannot have a submucous myoma, nor can she undergo a myomectomy.
