鈥� If you feel like the authorities have turned a deaf ear when you've tried to report fraud in the home care industry, a new form from the HHS Office of Inspector General might help. The OIG has a newly updated fraud hotline website that includes "an online complaint form that prompts users to provide relevant and complete information," the watchdog agency says. "This new system should result in a more expeditious referral of tips to the field for potential investigations, audits, and/or monetary recoveries." Individuals can still report fraud via phoneor mail as well, the OIG notes. The hotline website is at and the new online fraud form is at .
