MACs Offer 2 New Pre-Claim Review Tools

The HHH Medicare Administrative Contractors are offering two more Pre-Claim Review tools as Florida’s April 1 PCR implementation date looms closer. See an overview flowchart of the PCR process from Palmetto GBA at .
And you can check to see if you are subject to PCR in CGS’s new PCR look up tool at .
“Simply enter your HHAs Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN), also known as the CMS Certification Number (CCN), and a message will display with the PCR demonstration start date (if determined),” the MAC instructs. “If no match is found, your HHA is not impacted by the PCR demonstration,” CGS says.
