Don't Forget Application Fee For Revalidations

The Medicare enrollment application fee for providers has gone up a mere $1 to $554 as of Jan. 1, notes HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor National Government Services in a message to providers.
Remember: Providers undergoing revalidation or adding a location have to pay the fee too, NGS points out.
