Check In On Your Hopes For HOPE Tool

Get the latest update about the Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool in a special Open Door Forum call on Sept. 12. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will include a status update on the patient assessment tool and will answer questions in the call, it says. Contractor Abt Associates is conducting a series of eight virtual focus groups about the tool in August and September. Information about the still-evolving tool is at .
