Chain Enters Arizona Joint Venture With Hospital

LHC Group and Northern Arizona Healthcare have entered a joint venture agreement, the Lafayette, La.-based chain says in a release. LHC Group has become the majority owner of NAH’s two home health agencies in Flagstaff and Cottonwood and one hospice in Cottonwood. LHC notes it will work with NAH on further improving its already low rehospitalization rates.
